This innovative system is designed to enhance efficiency and safety in the unloading process. By integrating the ROLLOUT 15 POM Slider and HELPER – lifting tool, DeMACH Ltd aims to minimize damage to the timber bundles with runners and streamline the unloading operation. This technology has been meticulously tested to ensure the rigorous demands of industrial applications.

ROLLOUT 15 POM Slider is our new model and has a low lip-beam in front of the machine, and the tip is only 8 mm / 0.3 inches from the ground level.

ROLLOUT has deck rolls and under the machine in front heavy steel bearing rolls with bronze bearings and steel sleeves

Putting HELPER- lifting tools in place under the front of the lumber bundles to make space for ROLLOUT to go with the Helper under the runners attached to the bundles. HELPER – tools are to be adjusted to match the height of the runners. HELPER – tools are 90cm / 35,7 inches wide, one unit per bundle.

Runners of timber bundles are not damaged in unloading with ROLLOUT 15 POM Slider and HELPER- lifting tools.

Timber bundles with runners have been pulled out from the container without damaging runners. Steel straps are more practical than plastic straps.
