WHAT IS ROLLIN LOADING SYSTEM?
ROLLIN – loading machine is a platform with rolls, on which products are moved into freight spaces. You can load sea containers, trucks, and trailers by driving freight units into freight spaces fast and in a safe way.
ROLLIN LOADING MACHINE FEATURES
- As a driving force is a small capacity forklift.
- ROLLIN-machines have steel bearing rolls under the unit and POM -C rolls on the steel deck.
- The new model has in addition POM-C sliding plates on the steel deck with POM -C rolls.
- ROLLOUT machines have now in front a new low-profile lip-beam with sliding plate.
- spring operated pushing beams are standard in all ROLLIN loading machines.
How to use pushing beams
The forklift is setting the bundles on the pushing beams when beams are up. After the load is ready the forklift puts the forks into the fork pockets and lifts the ROLLIN backwords a few inches (15 cm) so the pushing beams are turning down and the load is on the deck of ROLLIN.
Once the ROLLIN machine is as deep as possible in the container the forklift lifts its’ rear end, and the freight units are rolling to the container floor. With the pushing beams you can push the load as deep as possible in the container, finally the ROLLIN platform is pulled out.
We have two sizes of ROLLIN machines
- ROLLIN 15 -capacity 15 tons /33 000lbs – Forklift recommendation 5tons (11.000lbs) or more.
- Machine length 415cm (13ft. 6 in.), width 213cm (7ft)
- ROLLIN 8-capacity 8 tons /17.700lbs – Forklift recommendation 3tons (6.600lbs) or more.
- Machine length 415cm (13ft. 6in.), width 109cm (3ft. 6in.)
EXAMPLES of products to be loaded
You can load timber(lumber) bundles, glue beams, plywood bundles, steel and aluminium sheets and beams. With a disposable pallet you can load bags, big bags, boxes, machines, etc.

Advantages of using ROLLIN Fast Loading system:
